Add the fact that he never got past the first round of the playoffs in his entire career also tarnishes any chance of him ever being even considered for Hall of Fame recognition. However, there is one factor that may aid in his favor and that was he was possibly one of successful NBA players to be drafted straight out of high school. Tracy can be considered as a pioneer in that regard joining the likes of All Stars +LeBron James, +Kobe Bryant, +Kevin Garnett, and +Dwight Howard to name a few. So in that regard, McGrady should have some Half of Fame consideration, because he was part of a select few that literally changed the game. What do you think?
