SDH Presents Euroleague Basketball Highlights: Mapooro Cantù vs BC Khimki Moscow Region (10/26/2012)

Check these Euroleague Basketball highlights as Italian team Mapooro Cantú takes care of Russian team BC Khimki Moscow for the team's first win in Euroleague play. Khimki struggled through much of the game losing to Cantú by 13 points despite the solid play of former NBAer Sergey Monya as can be seen by this play.

Monya, for those who remember can be considered by many as a draft day bust.  Selected 23rd overall by the Portland Trialblazers in the 2004 NBA Draft, Monya was billed as another Andrei Kirilenko, but unfortunately never lived up to those expectations.  His NBA career lasted just less than two seasons as he bounced through three teams: the Blazers, then the Sacramento Kings and the then Seattle Supersonics before deciding to return back home to play in Russia.  He looks pretty comfortable in his current dig--too bad his team endured an embarrassing loss.
