SDH Presents Thursday Top Performers of Euroleague Basketball's Top 16 Week 5 (1/24/2013)

The Turkish Airlines Euroleague Top 16 playoffs trudges on with eight teams continue to fight tooth and nail in order to reach Championship glory.  Here are the top performers from Thursday night's action starting with the Game of the Week where  Olympiacos Piraeus' Vassilis Spanoulis earned Player of the Game honors.



The Game of the Week's best play come courtesy of Maccabi's Devin Smith for the fast break finish to the basket.


Along with the Play of the Game, Smith also earned himself Block of the Night honors for this vicious swat away from the basket.


BC Khimki's Vitaly Fridzon won the Assist of the Night with this great dish to his teammate.


Caja Laboral's Andres Nocioni showed that despite his age and past injuries, he has still got it by making his defenders look like chumps with this thunderous slam earning him Dunk of the Night honors.


And finally, FC Barcelona would steal the show thanks to teammates Pete Mikeal and Juan Carlos Navarro.  Mickeal led his team against Caja Laboral with 23 points on 10-of-11 2-point shooting earning him the Nightly Notable.


At the same time, Navarro would hit a Euroleague milestone by playing twelve seasons along with scoring 3,000 points making him the first ever to join such a fantastic result in the Euroleague's history!
