The +Sacramento Kings held a press conference on 9/30/13 to announce the contract extension of +DeMarcus Cousins who was signed to a four year max contract deal making the Cousins the cornerstone of the much maligned franchise. Cousins has had his up and downs with the franchise in terms of his maturity and attitude; however, that can be attributed to the poor culture of the previous ownership.
