SDH Presents an NBA Exclusive from BBALL BREAKDOWN: Minnesota Timberwolves Terry Porter Talks About Rick Adelman's Offense

It is with great pleasure that Slap Dog Hoops welcomes back Coach Nick and his YouTube program, Bball Breakdown after two year long hiatus mainly due to my personal vendetta with the pricks who now sponsor his show, SBNation.  I have decided that it has been long enough that I held this grudge and it is not nick's fault that most of the blogger on SBN are a bunch of cry baby bitches that do not like an opinion outside theirs.  Add the fact that most of them are a bunch of know nothing losers that regurgitate the same bull shit instead of having an actual opinion. Anyways, I have wasted enough time bashing those losers: ON TO THE SHOW!!!

In this episode, Coach Nick talks to two time All Star and former NBA legend Terry Porter about the league in the 1990's and how tough it was back then, plus the differences between Rick Adelman's offense today compared to when he played in it for the Portland Trailblazers in the 1980's and 90's. Porter, who is now an assistant for Adelman in the Minnesota Timberwolves played for him during Portland's glory days in the where they made the NBA Finals in both 1990 and 1992.  Unfortunately, neither appearance turned out successful as the Blazers lost both of them first to Isiah Thomas and the Detroit Pistons, then to Michael Jordan and the Chicago Bulls and since then Portland has never even close to returning to that great time as they have at best remained a marginal playoff team.

SDH Presents BBALL BREAKDOWN: Louisville Cardinal Russ Smith and the Keys To Being An NCAA Champion

In this episode, Coach Nick interviews Russ Smith, lead guard on the Louisville Cardinals Men's Basketball Team and 2013 NCAA Tournament winner. Find out which fundamentals are most important and the sacrifices necessary to win it all. In this segment, Smith discusses the importance of footwork and the drills he uses to work and improve on it. He also discusses the improtance of changing speeds and the importance of the word "sacrifice."--great info for aspiring ballers everywhere.

SDH Presents BBALL BREAKDOWN: Utah Jazz Derrick Favors Demonstrates the "The Up And Under"

In this episode, Coach Nick gets on the court with Utah Jazz forward Derrick Favors, who breaks down his favorite post move the up and under. Popularized by Boston Celtics legend and current Houston Rockets head coach Kevin McHale, Favors credits Al Jefferson, his former teammate who played ahead of him for the last couple of seasons for teaching him this move.  Now with Jefferson on the Charlotte Bobcats, Favors will have the minutes and the opportunities to showcase his üp and under move along with his numerous other skills in the paint as he will now become the new face of the Jazz this upcoming season.

SDH Presents BBALL BREAKDOWN: Austin Rivers One on One and the Secrets To His Crossover

In this episode, Coach Nick gets on the court with New Orleans Pelicans guard Austin Rivers to demonstrate a wicked crossover. Pay close attention to the footwork, it's a move you'll want to add to your arsenal.  I'll certainly try it the next time I get on the court.
