Richie Guerin was elected to the Naismith Memorial Hall of Fame. Guerin was a star for the +New York Knicks in the +NBA and later a coach in the league. In his fourteen year career, Guerin was a six time All Star, earned three all NBA second team selections and even a coach of the year award after he stopped playing. Unfortunately despite his achievements and accolades, the Knicks only made the playoffs once while Guerin played there which makes it understandable how nobody has really talked about or heard of this guy until now. You can always discover more of the NBA's past while enjoying its present and looking forward to its future right here on +Slap Dog Hoops.
