Brown, who was named the league's MVP for November, was an ever-present force in Lokomotiv's 84-73 win over Partizan NIS Belgrade. He posted 18 points, making 6 of 6 two-point shots, and 6 of 8 from the foul line. Brown also dished a career-high 7 assists, pulled down 5 rebounds, claimed 3 steals, made 1 block and drew 6 fouls, adding up to a performance index rating of 34, which was the best of any player this week.
